The ATu faculty team is thrilled to announce the launch of our newest application, Emergency Care!

Designed specifically around the CAATE Standard 70, the Emergency Care application is the perfect tool to supplement your laboratory experiences to allow for a deeper and more effective learning environment. The ECare app allows students to preview key clinical techniques and review them anytime, anywhere with its mobile capabilities.

Key psychomotor concepts included in the ECare app include:

• Wound closure

• Spinal motion restriction

• Equipment removal of an athlete with suspected spinal injury

• Splinting

• Reduction of dislocations

All techniques were filmed and reviewed by the ATu faculty team to ensure the highest quality of demonstration. All key references are provided to validate the evidence base.
