Pediatric Gait VR
The Pediatric Gait VR app is the result of our collaboration with the University of Idaho & Plymouth State University
Dr. Brian Cleveley & Dr. Eydie Kendall developed a virtual reality tool to help develop gait analysis skills while protecting the child’s identity.
The tool has been updated to include multiple virtual children with various conditions and the Edinburg Visual Gait Score that prompts students and clinicians to systematically assess gait.
Features
4 different children demonstrating pathological gait
360 degree rotation around the child for different views
Ability to freeze frame or adjust the speed of gait for development of analysis skills
Posture grid
Goniometer for range of motion assessment
Evidence based Edinburg Visual Gait Score interactive recording form
Comparison of completed form with a key developed by clinical expert
